This 1969 Shelby GT500 is the kind of car that feels like a time capsule — one that’s been driven, lived in, and cared for, but never restored into sterility. Finished in special-order Grabber Blue over white deluxe interior, this is an honest, well-documented survivor car that still carries its original 428 Cobra Jet engine, original four-speed transmission, and original rear end.

Originally sold new out of Phil Long Ford in Colorado Springs, this GT500 spent nearly its entire life in Colorado’s dry climate, which explains why it’s aged gracefully instead of rusting away. Factory equipment includes power front disc brakes, power steering, tilt-away steering wheel, deluxe gauges, and a Traction-Lok 3.50 rear axle. The engine and cooling system have both been recently serviced and refreshed — maintaining originality while keeping it road-ready.

It rolls on its factory 15×7 Shelby Mag wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich T/A radials, and comes with a binder of original documentation, including the build sheet and full ownership history.
