This 1969 Mercury Cyclone CJ is a genuine Super Cobra Jet Drag Pack car, finished in Burnt Orange Metallic over a black vinyl bucket seat interior and backed by a Deluxe Marti Report. Built at the Lorain plant, this R-code Cyclone was factory equipped with the 428 Super Cobra Jet Ram Air engine, C6 ‘Merc-O-Matic’ automatic transmission, and 3.91 Traction-Lok rear axle. Showing 83,439 actual miles, it represents one of Mercury’s most formidable performance combinations from the muscle car era.

This Cyclone retains an impressive amount of its original equipment and character. The car currently runs a correct service-replacement block installed early in its life, while the original serial-numbered engine block is included with the sale. The proper Ram Air system and exhaust manifolds remain in place, along with its original styled steel wheels.
